In this case, you will receive an e-mail from us with all the important information.

It is critical that all further installments must be transferred by yourself. You can also conveniently do this by standing order.

Unfortunately, a reset to direct debit is currently not possible.

In addition, there are return debit costs. How high these are, please refer to our e-mail. Since return debit costs are calculated individually by each bank, we cannot give you a flat rate here.
