To determine the start of an installment plan, Payla uses the date the goods are shipped, or the service is provided by the merchant. As an indication of this, you will receive the payment information from us by e-mail.

The date of the actual delivery of the goods or the actual provision of the service is irrelevant for the due date of the first monthly installment in this case.

The first installment is always due on the 28th day of the following month after the goods have been shipped, or the service has been provided and is usually collected directly by direct debit.

In exceptional cases, you may have to conclude an installment payment agreement in writing with the retailer. In this case, the due date of the first installment depends on the point in time at which the dealer informed us that the installment payment agreement had been concluded in writing.
